For our Beef Steaks we use the traditional charcoal iron Grill which we think is the best for cooking steaks. Alternatively, you can also choose to eat Rump or Fillet on a VOLCANIC ROCK GRILL

The unique VOLCANIC ROCK GRILL method of dining uses a very high temperature rock (440 degrees) that sears in all the natural juices, flavours and nutrients. No oils are used in the cooking process. This guarantees a taste that is unique to the VOLCANIC ROCK GRILL dining.
